Fullhouse Apartment House - House Rules
General rules
- The apartment can be occupied between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. You can choose "Early arrival" from 11:00 AM (10,000 HUF/apartment) and "Late departure" until 2:00 PM (15,000 HUF/apartment).
- The owner or his representative is present at the time of arrival and departure and personally hands over the accommodation.
- Please take care of the equipment and furnishings of the apartment and use them as intended! It is forbidden to take the equipment and furnishings of the rooms out of the house!
- In the event of any damage caused upon departure, the guest is obliged to reimburse the resulting costs on site.
- In every household, including apartments, it is possible that something breaks down or breaks down through no fault of the guest. In order to avoid major damage, please report this to us!
- The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. Please do not put any metal objects in the microwave.
- The apartments are delivered clean and tidy to the guests. For stays longer than a week, cleaning with change of bed linen and towels can be requested.
- Please leave the kettle and grill clean after use, we will provide firewood!
- Use of the playground, trampoline and sandy beach volleyball court is at your own risk.
- The pool and jacuzzi can be used seasonally, the conditions of which can be found in separate house rules.
- We collect garbage selectively, so please dispose of your waste in the appropriate place.
- When leaving the apartment, always turn off the water, electricity, and air conditioning, close and secure the pool and jacuzzi covers, and roll up the parasols!
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the accommodation, please notify us in advance of any visitors arriving.
- Pets and household pets are not allowed on the premises.
- WiFi is available free of charge in the accommodation area, and a QR code placed in the apartments helps you set up the connection.
- According to the current legislation, after September 1, 2021, every guest using accommodation services in Hungary is required to record their legally defined personal data through the accommodation provider's document reader, in the accommodation management software, and then transfer it to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
- There are 6 cameras operating in the apartment area - which record and store images - for the personal and property safety of the Guests. Camera surveillance is indicated by the pictogram and warning text indicating this. The purpose of camera surveillance is property protection, i.e. the protection of assets representing significant values, and the personal values of the Guests, given that the detection of violations, the apprehension of the perpetrator, the prevention of these illegal acts is not possible otherwise, and their proof cannot be achieved by any other method. The legal basis for this data processing is your voluntary consent. If you enter the monitored area of the Fullhouse Apartment House despite the warning posted, your consent is deemed to be given for the recording of images. Please do not enter if you do not wish to consent to this. The camera system operates on a closed-circuit network, 24/7, i.e. continuously, and the storage period of the recorded footage is 48 hours. You can request more information about the data processing related to the camera system when booking the accommodation.
- Please close the entrance gate if possible, the current traffic regulations apply in the accommodation area. The permitted speed limit is 5 km/h. When entering, please note the sign above the entrance gate, accordingly the height restriction is 2.6 m. Parking is prohibited in the area between the two apartment buildings!
- Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly PROHIBITED! We respectfully ask our smoking guests not to scatter cigarette butts in the parking lot and the entire area of the apartment building, but to collect them and place them in the trash cans, in order to maintain cleanliness.
- The total booking fee is the number of days booked in advance. In case your stay is cancelled early, we are unable to refund any money.
- Out of consideration for the silence order and our neighbors, we ask that you refrain from noisy activities!

It is prohibited to operate any kind of sound equipment (e.g. loudspeakers) outdoors!
- The accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who behave in a disruptive manner or do not comply with the house rules, or to ask them to leave the accommodation immediately.
- Our apartments are self-catering, we cannot provide meals. Generally available are: toilet paper, liquid soap, washing-up liquid, dish sponge, dishcloth, dishwashing tablets, basic spices, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules can be ordered separately), hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels, bathroom hand towels, exit, dryer. During your stay here, you will replenish your needs.
